This is how I see the cycle I think you need data and to analyse
that data before you make a plan because otherwise you don’t know what you’re
working with . e.g. there are to many people crammed into 1 classroom and there
needs to be more space
P,p,d,a,c
The problem has arose plan : they decided that they would
put more desks in the classroom and take out the teacher
They have already made a plan and sent off a proposal to the
head of northtec and he has agreed to pay for more desks also already sending
the teacher a letter saying that her job is non-existent anymore she has
started looking for some more work and found it
They do some research and discover that there are 15 extra
people signed up for next semester
They analyse their data and come to a conclusion that even
with the new desks there still won’t be enough room for the people who are
starting next semester so they decided that they would need a whole another
classroom and teacher to cope with the rise in students so now they have another
problem no room and no teacher they decide to apply for a grant for a classroom
but the head of northtec says hold on I’ve
just sent you money for the desks and I’m not going to pay for more when you said
that that was all you needed you get what you wanted when you ask for it but if
it’s a mistake you can’t redo what has already been done. This is why it’s
important to get data and analyse before you make a plan or else it just won’t
work.
